Property Manager – Multifamily Community

Location: Coral Springs, FL

Community Size: 510 Units

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Free Onsite Housing

Employment: Full-Time, W-2


We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large, 510-unit multifamily community in Coral Springs, FL. This is a great opportunity for a strong property management professional who has experience managing larger communities, leading onsite teams, and taking full ownership of day-to-day property operations.

In addition to a competitive salary of $100,000–$110,000, this position includes free onsite housing, with a one- or two-bedroom apartment available depending on the candidate’s needs.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 510-unit multifamily community
  • Manage property financial performance, budgets, reporting, collections, and overall operational goals
  • Maintain strong occupancy and leasing performance
  • Oversee resident relations and ensure resident concerns are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Partner with maintenance leadership to ensure property appearance, maintenance, turns, and service requests are handled effectively
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop onsite team members
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations are followed
  • Work closely with ownership and leadership on property performance and operational initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Property Manager experience within multifamily housing
  • Previous experience managing a large community is required
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, collections, and resident relations
  • Experience with property management software; experience with proprietary platforms or systems comparable to OneSite or Yardi strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of the property and effectively balance operational, financial, resident, and team priorities


Compensation & Housing

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

Housing: Free onsite one- or two-bedroom apartment, depending on candidate needs


This is a W-2 position only. No 1099 arrangements.
