Leasing Consultant

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Compensation: $18.00 per hour + $50 per Renewal

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our property in Spartanburg, SC. This role is responsible for leasing apartments, assisting with renewals and recertifications, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with property management software preferred
