Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Multiple direct-hire opportunities are available for dependable, experienced maintenance professionals throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
We are seeking hands-on technicians who can troubleshoot common property-maintenance issues, complete quality repairs, and provide professional service within occupied residential communities. Candidates from multifamily housing, residential property management, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, education, and facilities maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $21–$23 per hour, based on relevant experience
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000, paid at designated intervals throughout the first year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daylight hours, with occasional weekends and rotating on-call coverage
Multiple full-time openings are available throughout the Pittsburgh area. Some positions may support more than one nearby community based on operational needs. Mileage is reimbursed for required travel between assigned locations.

Full-Time Qualifications
Candidates should have:
Specialized training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or another maintenance trade are strongly valued. Candidates should clearly list relevant training and hands-on skills on their resumes.
Part-Time Maintenance Technician
A part-time opportunity is also available for approximately 20 hours per week.
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000, paid at designated intervals throughout the first year
Schedule: Flexible schedule arranged with the hiring manager
This position is ideal for someone with foundational property-maintenance experience who is comfortable assisting with:
Candidates should have at least one year of related experience or training, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and a dependable, service-oriented approach.

Interview Process
Qualified candidates will participate in an initial interview focused on their experience, availability, transportation, and overall fit. A second interview may include a basic skills assessment involving hand tools, power tools, troubleshooting, and common maintenance scenarios.
Selected candidates must successfully complete the required pre-employment process, which includes a physical, drug screening, background check, and verification of driving requirements. The pre-employment process typically takes approximately 7–14 days.
