We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming residential community. This position plays an important role in ensuring residents enjoy a positive living experience through the cleanliness and presentation of the property.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residential units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Maintain cleanliness throughout common areas, hallways, amenity spaces, offices, and shared facilities
• Collect and dispose of trash from residential and common areas
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain laundry areas and assist with linen-related tasks when applicable
• Report maintenance concerns and cleanliness issues to management
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, apartment, hotel, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors when necessary
