Assistant Property Manager

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

*Anticipated Start Date - 1st or 2nd week of September!

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a tax credit (LIHTC) apartment community in Fayetteville, NC. This role will assist with leasing, resident relations, compliance, rent collections, recertifications, and overall property operations.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required
• LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience preferred
• Knowledge of leasing, compliance, and resident relations
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
